Just had my performance review this morning. Overall score
of 3.6 out of 5 and that's mainly my boss gave 3 in a few things
which he thinks is a standard that no one can really exceed job
requirement.
Also, the company is offering me a permanent position (I am
currently only on 12 months contract which finishes on 22/10) and a
pay increase. Yay!!! 
great.....and we have having a technical recession here
